How To Place a Rental Booking
- Select Rental Dates: Use the date picker to choose the number of rental days.
- Add to Cart: Select the touchscreen TV you want to rent and add it to your cart.
- Delivery Timing Fees: If delivery or collection falls outside our standard hours (10 AM – 7 PM), add the Outside Delivery Hours fee.
- Proceed to Checkout: Click the checkout button and choose to continue as a guest or create an account.
- Provide Event Details: Fill in the delivery and collection form, including your event time. This helps our delivery crew plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and safe setup.
- Make Payment: Complete your booking with a credit card payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.

Can you deliver the afternoon before as our event starts early?
Yes! We definitely can deliver the afternoon before if your location is available. This allows us to setup and test everything so that you will be ready for your event early the next day with no surprises.
Can the touchscreen be mounted in a portrait orientation?
Yes the touch screen can be mounted in landscape or portrait orientation.
Is the screen compatible with other operating system?
The screens have been tested with Windows, Android and Linux. If you would like to bring your system to our warehouse to test please feel free to contact us for an appointment.
How are your touchscreens diffierent?
Our touchscreens are purpose built and provide a sleek setup. You will not find a makeshift frame taped to the touchscreen.
Does the rental come with delivery setup and collection after the event?
Touchscreen rentals come with free delivery, setup and removal after the event. Do select the number of rental days when booking and delivery can be arranged after 3pm and removal before 1pm with no extra charge.
My location is only available after 10pm for delivery. Are you available to deliver after hours?
Yes we can deliver after hours. When booking do select to pay after hours charge. This will help pay for our delivery personnel’s transport home after the setup.
Does the touchscreen TV have the ability to output sound?
Each touchscreen TV will have sound output capability. Do select hdmi output for audio on your connected laptop. However if you need louder and fuller sound, we also have sound systems available for rent that can be connected to the touchscreen.
